Mitch and Emma were looking for a Pergola Builder on the Mornington
Peninsula. They contacted Precision Outdoor Living with a vision to create a spacious, airy and light filled Pergola to compliment their beautiful new coastal home.
Their main focus during our free consultation was that they wanted to
maintain light pouring into the space, whilst also create an undercover area with lots of air flow.

In our design process we achieved this by using extender brackets on the
existing roof which maximized the air flow coming through and so that light still pours in from every angle.
For maximum light, we also used a polycarb and laser light roofing.
We created privacy against neighbours windows with a stunning merbau screen.
At Precision Outdoor Living we were able to handle all of Mitch and Emma’s planning and building permits to save them the stress and hassle.
