We engaged James and his crew to do a knock down rebuild of our old pergola and absolutely loved the job, Liked it so much we asked for a deck to go with it. Now we have a massive new area to use all year round. Fantastic work, very easy to deal with, great communication skills and understanding.

I had previously had a ‘builder’ around to build a pergola for me, but it was terrible. I cried for days after that experience.Then I found James! He came around to give a quote and I instantly felt I could trust him. James and his team took down the old structure and built the new pergola in its place and I couldn’t be happier. What an amazing job - and experience! 🙂From the moment I met James, it was clear he was going to deliver an amazing outcome in completely redoing my outdoor entertainment space. His skills in both design and construction were evident from the moment I saw the design until the project was completed.In addition to having the pleasure of working with James, his team comprising Brayden, Brody & Harry were also a delight to have around - and just first rate on tools. The deck is so solid it feels like an extension of the house and every aspect of it is simply outstanding quality.We also had a slight leak in the roof after the deck was completed - there was always a risk this would happen because of the design. As soon as I called James, he was around to check it out. The leak was fixed and everything is now perfect.I can't recommend James and Precision Outdoor Living highly enough - and they'll definitely be the only call I make for any future projects.

Professional, affordable and excellent craftsmanship, we had a large out door deck and front porch made by James and his team, they were reliable when called for a quote, and with the service on time and efficient the best tradies we have dealt with with our new home, we had one crack in a timber and they guy came back and fixed it straight away. We are now looking at getting a side fence built and would look no where else as the quality of his work out shined our expectations.

James is an absolute gem. I had seen his fine work at a friend’s house so had no hesitation in getting in contact with him when needing my deck built. He is a cheerful and prompt communicator who delivers high-quality work on time and as promised. He also some great suggestions which I haven’t thought of but was glad I chose.
